The disappearing doorknob is a clever concept in doorknob technology. If you don’t want anyone coming in, accidentally or on purpose, just pull in the doorknob and it will simply disappear from the other side. Isn’t much use against a battering ram though.
On the downside, it does nothing to hide your presence and you would be pretty miffed if you happened to be on the wrong side.
