This hauntingly beautiful painting is the work of Hory Ma (real name Sveto Teksty), a Russian artist who paints using light and a technique known as lightgraphics.
There isn’t much detail available on how this works, but it looks like he uses long exposures in dark conditions to create and capture various lights. This is something new and exciting to experiment with. via
