Oscar is a cute little cat that lives in a nursing home and can detect when someone is about to go belly up. It curls up next to the poor person about to meet their maker.
Given that old people are often weak-hearted, maybe it’s the other way around and Oscar just scares them to death, thanks to his reputation. Now that would be pretty ironic.
