How much do you love hummus? Enough to make 4 tonnes of it? That’s what 50 chefs from the Arab-Israeli village of Abu Ghosh did.

The chefs set a new world record by beating the previous record of about 2 tonnes, set in Lebanon last year.

If it takes 50 people to make this much hummus, one has to wonder how many people it will take to eat it. I’ll volunteer my hummus-eating services.
