Efficient architecture

This inverted pyramid from Bratislava makes really efficient use of land, unlike the Egyptian pyramids which hog so much area for so little use (they’re still more impressive though).

I’ve seen a similar structure in Japan and it was a lot larger than this, though none of these measure up to the great pyramid city they might construct in the distant future.

I wonder how large they can build a thing like this before gravity takes over?
