A Sarah Palin fan was shocked to discover that the mannequin he had just won at an Ebay auction had been used as a Halloween decoration and backed out of the auction.
The effigy, created by ChadMichael Morrisette, was hung from his house’s roof via a noose last October and was subsequently put up for auction.
