George the lobster
George, a lobster that weighs 20 pounds and is estimated to be 140 years old was scheduled to be released into the Atlantic today.
The lobster was originally destined for the dinner plate at the City Crab and Seafood restaurant in New York and had a change of fate after PETA spotted it and asked for its release.
Good luck George and hope you don’t get eaten anytime soon.
Or maybe the restaurant owners thought that the meat had gone stale
